When Saraya made her AEW debut back at AEW Dynamite Grand Slam, many fans were excited to see what was in store for her in the company, and what her future would have in store.
Despite being involved in a feud with Britt Baker, Saraya had not been cleared to wrestle as of now, which Britt mentioned in a promo on tonight’s anniversary episode of AEW Dynamite.
Following the segment, Saraya accompanied Toni Storm, Willow Nightingale and Athena to the ring for their trios match with Serena Deeb, Jamie Hayter and Penelope Ford, which the babyfaces won when Willow pinned Ford.
After the match, Saraya got in the face of Britt Baker, throwing a slap at the former AEW Women’s World Champion, before the two of them got into a brawl, the first time Saraya has got physical since her retirement in 2018.
Saraya also took out Rebel with a Superkick, seemingly confirming that she is cleared to at least take bumps on the show.
