SmackDown star Zelina Vega has now revealed that she will soon be getting her own show with WWE about tattoos.
Vega has several tattoos, with many of them inspired by anime.
Speaking on the Quitters podcast, Vega noted that she got most of her ink after meeting her husband Malakai Black.
Discussing her upcoming project, Vega said:
“It’s a big thing (the tattoo) due to him (Malakai Black). I started off, I think, with two tattoos when I first met him. Now, I don’t even know how many I have.
“As much as WWE is not going to get mad at me for getting tattooed anymore because, when I first started wrestling, it was a big thing. ‘Girls can’t have tattoos.’
“WWE back then, they really didn’t want girls having tattoos. Now, so much cool changes have happened that I’m actually getting my own tattoo show with WWE.”
It is currently unknown when and where this show will air.
Vega last wrestled on the March 17 edition of SmackDown, teaming with Santos Escobar in a losing effort against Rhea Ripley and Dominik Mysterio.
Ripley has since won the SmackDown Women’s Championship, defeating Charlotte Flair at WrestleMania 39.
