AEW announced this past week that Snoop Dogg would be appearing on an upcoming episode of Dynamite, and we now know what his role will be.
The hip-hop legend will be on hand for the January 6 New Year’s Smash special episode.
As per the Wrestling Observer’s Dave Meltzer, Snoop Dogg will be on commentary for the show.
It wasn’t made clear whether it’ll be for the whole show or just for a specific time/segment, but he’ll be on commentary nonetheless.
He was on commentary for the Mike Tyson vs Roy Jones Jr boxing card last month and got a hell of a lot of praise coming out of it, so anyone who watched that knows that this is a pretty fun development.
