On SmackDown tonight, Bray Wyatt interrupted The Miz cutting a promo. Wyatt invited Miz to come play with him since Daniel Bryan appears to be missing after being attacked by The Fiend last week.
Bray Wyatt said Family was the word of the night. He said he had a chance to find a new family and held up a picture of Miz’s family.

This lead to Miz searching backstage for Bray Wyatt. Bray Wyatt took him out with a Sister Abigail.
Later on SmackDown, it was announced that Bray Wyatt would be facing The Miz at WWE TLC. Note the fact it says Bray Wyatt and not The Fiend.

Bray Wyatt attacked Miz, not The Fiend. It was also announced that Miz would be taking on Bray Wyatt.
In the past, Bray Wyatt has challenged folks to play with The Fiend. This time it was specifically him and not The Fiend.
That could be an interesting twist on his character. Will The Fiend only be someone who is brought out for big matches and special occasions?
It will be interesting to see how WWE handles this. On a positive note, we shouldn’t have to deal with the red lighting during the match.
