AEW star Serena Deeb has recalled using a certain nickname before The Rock recently referred to himself with the same term on WWE TV.
On March 13, The Rock took to social media to hype up an upcoming TV appearance, calling himself the ‘Final Boss’.
This has now been established as The Rock’s new nickname, with Cody Rhodes recently drawing attention to the term in a promo on the March 18 edition of WWE Raw.
During her appearance on Highspots Sign-it-Live, Serena Deeb recalled calling herself the Final Boss on the March 2 edition of AEW Collision.
When a fan asked Deeb to sign something from the Final Boss of AEW, Deeb said:
“Funny thing is I said that (‘The Final Boss’) on Collision and then the following week — I don’t even know if I can say this. Well I can say whatever.
“He stole it? (Deeb was laughing and repeating the co-host saying the nickname was stolen)… Someone took it and you guys would know who he is.”
The Rock recently addressed a report about him in WWE, claiming that the report was ‘complete horses**t’.

The Rock will return to the ring at WrestleMania 40, where he will team with Roman Reigns to face off against Cody Rhodes and World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins.
