WWE Executive Triple H has recently teased a Conor McGregor WWE run after some interesting Twitter interactions.
Finn Balor had recently caught the attention of UFC mega star Conor McGregor. The NXT Champion took to Twitter to post a photo of Triple H, Balor and McGregor action figures celebrating in a toy WWE ring.
McGregor retweeted the fellow Irishman’s image with a cryptic caption:
No more mr. nice guy! https://t.co/f9SNFts0vq

This comment fuelled speculation that we might one day see the former UFC double champion in the squared circle. Triple H let McGregor know he’s welcome anytime, retweeting Conor’s tweet with the simple caption:
“Just say when.”
Rumors that Conor McGregor will one day join WWE have existed for years. Often entering UFC matches with a similar walk to Vince McMahon’s, McGregor even called out The Chairman in 2020.
McGregor recently lost his latest UFC fight against Dustin Poirier. If there was a perfect time for him to try his hand at wrestling, it would be now.
