PWInsider’s Mike Johnson is reporting that former WWE Champion AJ Styles suffered an injury at WrestleMania 35 last night in his clash with fellow former WWE Champion, Randy Orton.
This was confirmed after AJ Styles was pulled from his ‘Meet and Greet’ at WrestleMania Axxess due to the injury. Fans who had bought tickets expecting to see the former NJPW star were offered a signed 8×10 of him or the chance to meet the new WWE Champion Kofi Kingston as well as a complete refund.
Whilst AJ has yet to confirm himself that he sustained an injury in his victory over Randy Orton, another top Smackdown star in Ali confirmed on Twitter that he required stitches after a nasty bump in last night’s Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal.
I've got stitches on my face. Come check it out at @WWE #Axxess today. 12PM-2PM!

Ali was busted open during his elimination where Harper had him in mid-suplex position as Strowman booted his former Wyatt Family brother outside of the ring. The former 205 Live star caught his face on the edge of the announce desk.
It is unknown at this time how long both men will be out for, if at all.
