Update On Injured AEW Star’s Road To Recovery AEW

An update has been provided on an injured AEW star’s road to recovery.

The Bunny has been out of action since the February 8 episode of AEW Dynamite. On that show, she was defeated by Jamie Hayter in an AEW Women’s World Championship Eliminator Match.

In a new interview with Josh Nason’s Punch-Out podcast, “The Butcher”, real name Andy Williams, has provided an update on his manager and revealed she has a broken orbital bone, but expects to be back inside the squared circle very soon. He said:

“[The Bunny] hurt her orbital. She broke her orbital. She’s doing really good. I’m sure she’s going to be back soon. That’s the thing is when something like that — I think she came from an injury, too.”

“So she was injured for a bit, then had a couple of matches and got injured. That’s gotta crush your confidence.”

“The good thing is, since she’s been gone, we’ve been kind of building this new little faction thing. So when she comes back, it’ll be awesome.”

The Butcher and The Blade are currently aligned with Kip Sabian and Penelope Ford. They last competed in the Blackjack Battle Royale for the AEW International Championship at AEW Double Or Nothing, which was won by Orange Cassidy.
