As seems to be the case on every week’s show, last night’s episode of AEW: Dynamite featured a rather funny segment with AEW World Champion Chris Jericho.
It was revealed last night that on the 12/18 episode of Dynamite, Jericho will be facing Jungle Boy in a singles match. The match will more than likely put Jungle Boy over in a big way despite losing.
In the segment last night, Jericho reeled off a long list of names featuring the people he could face on the show in two weeks. The list featured the likes of Jon Moxley and Evil Uno.

Along with the more well-known names, Jericho noted that he could face Alan Jones. For those who aren’t aware, Alan Jones is the real-life name of WWE Superstar AJ Styles.
Jericho also said ‘Marty’ at the end of the promo before being interrupted by Jurassic Express. Many have taken this as Jericho teasing the ROH star joining AEW in the coming months, something that has been rumoured.
Unless I have missed some major breaking news, AJ is signed to a long-term WWE deal and won’t be joining AEW to face Chris Jericho anytime soon.
