The Tribal Chief Roman Reigns is always getting himself into Tribal Mischief (sorry) with his heel persona over on SmackDown, but that doesn’t mean he can’t be sincere once in a while.
During a Supershow in Boston on Sunday (January 9), Reigns broke character to thank those in attendance, as you can see from the below video.
If you’re at work and you can’t risk being caught watching videos, here’s what he said:
“I’d like to take this time to thank you guys for coming out,” Reigns said. “We all know what’s going on with this pandemic. I just want you all to stay safe. I want you to protect yourselves so that we can see you all next time. Also, goodnight and thank you.”
For those of you who can watch it, here’s the video.

It’s nice to see Roman back in action after he was forced to pull out of WWE’s Day 1 PPV on January 1 after testing positive for COVID-19.
But also, boo kayfabe boo.
Reigns appears to be heading for a match with former Shield stablemate Seth Rollins at the Royal Rumble PPV, sorry, at the Royal Rumble Premium Live Event, later this month.
