When WOS Wrestling announced its one-off return back in 2016 everyone wanted to know if it would make a full-time comeback. Earlier this year fans got their answer when ITV confirmed that WOS Wrestling was set for a 10-part series, which was filmed in May at Epic Studios in Norwich.

Last week WOS Wrestling released its first trailer, showcasing some of the talents you’ll expect to see and proclaiming that the show would begin airing this month. And we didn’t have to wait long for the first date announcement. As publicised via Twitter yesterday morning, the first episode of WOS Wrestling will air on July 28th at 5 pm.

British wrestling had a weekly Saturday afternoon show on ITV from 1955-1988 but has not been on ITV regularly since then.
