Are a pair of popular NCAA basketball and social media stars Hanna and Haley Cavinder (Cavinder Twins) about to make their WWE debut?
Well if you take a peek at their own social media, perhaps!
Posting today from the WWE Performance Center, the girls were spotted not just inside the ring for a snap but also making a ring entrance.
Not only were the twins inside the NXT ring, perhaps more interestingly, they also had entrance graphics and with the video seemingly pointing to them testing camera angles for an actual television debut, perhaps they will be hitting screens soon.
Later, the official NXT account on Twitter had an interesting reply to Hanna’s tweet.
Dropping some infamous eyeball emojis to accompany a quote tweet of Hanna’s earlier post, it seems that we could actually be closer to seeing the Cavinder Twins in a WWE ring!
The twins have recently made news for forgoing their fifth year of NCAA eligibility, rather opting to graduate from University of Miami and move on to future projects including WWE and social media influencing.
After previously being announced as participating in WWE’s Next in Line program, the duo revealed that they were planning on moving forward after graduation with their plans in professional wrestling.
Elsewhere on tonight’s NXT, the fall out from NXT Battleground continues and new feuds are heating up.
We’ll see Ilja Dragunov for the first time since NXT Battleground saw him have a brutal match against Dijak.
Mustafa Ali will face off against Joe Gacy after their run in last week whereas elsewhere Gacy’s Schism faction will see action.
Making her USA Network debut, Ava and the Dyad are set to go up against Diamond Mine (Creed Brothers with Ivy Nile) in mixed tag action.
And the NXT Women’s Division will see a big Battle Royal to determine who is next in line for a shot at Tiffany Stratton’s NXT Women’s Championship.
