WWE Hall Of Famer Thinks The Street Profits Are Splitting Up WWE

WWE Hall of Famer Booker T has said that he believes a popular WWE tag team may be splitting up at some point very soon.

Booker is a two-time Hall of Famer, entering first by himself in 2013, and again as part of Harlem Heat in 2019, so he is no stranger to tag teams breaking up.

Speaking on the Hall of Fame Live! podcast, Booker said he thought that time could soon be up for the Street Profits:

“Street Profits, they’ve been pretty quiet lately. We haven’t seen a whole lot from the Street Profits. There still could be some rumblings behind the curtain as far as breaking those guys up.

However, Booker was also quick to clarify that the team splitting up was not something that he necessarily hoped would happen:

“I don’t know or anything like that. […] Right now, I do not think it’s time to break up the Street Profits. I think we can get a whole lot more out of that tag team if we just line these guys up in the right direction.”

The Street Profits – Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins – were last seen in action on the September 19 episode of WWE Raw. They have since wrestled dark matches and house shows.

Prior to their disappearance, the two had appeared to tease a split, with Ford engaging in increasingly heelish behaviour. This was seemingly dropped following the change in WWE regime.

Angelo Dawkins of the group has reportedly been impressing WWE officials recently with his in-ring work.
