WWE Judgment Day Member Is Planned To Leave The Group WWE

Despite seemingly getting back on the same page this past week on Raw (August 14) there may be a major twist coming to the Judgment Day in the future.

Since Damian Priest became Señor Money in the Bank on July 1, much has been made on WWE TV of potential tension between himself and fellow Judgment Day member Finn Balor.

This came to a head at SummerSlam when Balor was challenging for the World Heavyweight Championship against Seth ‘Freakin’ Rollins, a match that saw Priest inadvertently cost Balor the match as Rollins curb-stomped him onto Priest’s Money in the Bank briefcase.

While many expected a blow-up on Raw this week (August 14) the band stuck together, finishing the show standing tall.

However, it may not be set to stay that way, as Dave Meltzer has revealed in the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter that Priest is planned to leave the group.

Meltzer details:

While this could easily change, the long-term plan is Priest out of Judgment Day.

Whether that means McDonagh is in, that’s a probable but not 100 percent.

While this may well be the plan at some point in the future, there seems to be more story likely to be told within the group before a split happens, particularly involving JD McDonagh, who looked to have potentially earned some respect within the group by the end of Raw this week.

Despite this however, a recent exchange between McDonagh and Ripley on social media may have said otherwise – click here for more details.
