WWE Premium Live Event Poster Based Off Famous Movie?

After Triple H’s reveal, the new WWE King and Queen of the Ring poster has been revealed to be based off a famous movie.

On Saturday, May 25, WWE will return to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia for the King and Queen of the Ring event. The show will feature the tournament finals for both the King of the Ring and Queen of the Ring tournaments.

Ahead of the start of the tournament on the May 6 WWE Raw, Triple H took to social media to reveal the new poster for the King and Queen of the Ring event. He wrote:

An opportunity for Superstars take their thrones, defend championship gold, and deliver a massive spectacle in Jeddah.

#WWEKingAndQueen of the Ring streams live on May 25 at a special start time of 12pm ET @peacock

The poster is based off the movie poster for Marvel Studios’ Black Panther film that was released in 2018. You can see the two posters side-by-side in this tweet from Twitter/X user Kristen Ashly below.
