It has been a few years since WWE has aired a Fastlane pay per view. The show was the replacement for the Elimination Chamber event on the Road to WrestleMania in 2015. Now, we will be seeing the event return to WWE’s pay per view schedule.
Mike Johnson of PWInsider reported the news earlier today and provided WWE’s upcoming schedule. It includes the upcoming Royal Rumble, NXT TakeOver, Elimination Chamber, Fastlane, and WrestleMania shows. Here is the schedule:
1/31 – 2021 Royal Rumble from the Thunderdome.
2/14 – WWE NXT Takeover 33 from the Capitol Wrestling Arena.
2/21 – 2021 Elimination Chamber from the Thunderdome.
3/21 – 2021 Fast Lane from the Thunderdome.
4/10 and 4/11 – WWE Wrestlemania 37 from Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida.
WWE has not held a Fastlane event since 2019. 2020 instead saw the Saudi Arabia event Super Showdown take the place of the February pay per view on WWE’s schedule.
Now, the event will return on March 21, 2021, just weeks before WrestleMania 37.
