Potential New WWE Tag Team Formed

A potential new WWE tag team was formed on tonight’s NXT as a veteran star paired up with a relatively new talent in an intriguing alliance.

Answering NXT star Lola Vice’s open challenge tonight would end up being WWE main roster star, Natalya.

While Natalya said she was there to put Vice in her place, she ended up getting support from the NXT women’s division in her quest.

Karmen Petrovic came out and watched the match from ringside as Vic Joseph on commentary mentioned their ‘Canadian Connection’.

While Vice put up quite a fight, in the end she did lose to the veteran star as Natalya picked up the win and left with Petrovic.

Whether or not the pair end up becoming a tag team or Natalya serves as a mentor to Petrovic in some way is yet to be determined.

Elsewhere on tonight’s NXT, a series of vignettes featuring the feud between Trick Williams and Carmelo Hayes including Williams coming back to visit family in Philadelphia.

With interviews featuring Booker T, Randy Orton and CM Punk, the vignettes hyped the main event feel of the pair’s rivalry coming to an end at NXT Stand & Deliver.
