WWE Raw Feb. 26, 2018 – LIVE UPDATES!

1:22 – The fact that Bayley is teaming with Sasha and trusting her as a partner after she turned on her last night (and at the Rumble) highlights what a terribly broken and naively idiotic character Bayley is. No wonder she is not over – how can anyone rally behind a babyface like that?

1:20 – Aaaaand to the surprise of nobody who has followed WWE’s cut and paste format for Raw over the past decade, we now have a six-woman tag match

1:17 – Does anyone else cringe at that WWE Shop advert with the “This Is Awesome” and “You Deserve It” soundtrack?

1:16 – Bliss doesn’t let Asuka talk. She tells her that Nia deserves to be in the title match at WrestleMania then mocks her for not speaking English by speaking reallllllly slowwwwwly. The crowd boo her for the casual racism. Nia Jax heads out for a ruckus with Asuka, quickly followed by Sasha Banks and Bayley (together, as friends, despite what happened last night!) as a big brawl breaks out. Asuka is again left beaten in a heap, as WWE continue to make a mockery of her unbeaten streak by having her look weak in every non-match situation or interaction she has. Bayley gets a pasting too, naturally.

1:10 – Alexa Bliss opens the show (with Mickie James in tow) with a promo. Bliss is super-popular. Bliss delivers a composed promo in which she puts over James, runs down “sad situation” Bayley and promises to break Asuka’s streak at WrestleMania. Right on cue, Asuka responds . . .

1:00 – It’s a big show tonight, with Ronda Rousey, a confrontation between Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns, and some sort of absolution moment for John Cena following his failure to reach WrestleMania as the number one contender to the Universal title.
