Despite WWE announcing that Seth Rollins would be making his first title defense of his new title on Raw, it actually already happened.

Seth Rollins will be going into his match with Damian Priest on this week’s upcoming WWE Raw with already a successful title retention under his belt.

At a house show billed as a WWE Supershow, Seth Rollins put his newly won WWE World Heavyweight Championship on the line against the Miz.

Unsurprisingly, The Miz did not best Rollins and Seth will move on to still face Priest on this week’s edition of Monday Night Rollins.

Oh apologies, Monday Night Raw.
