The viewership figure and demo rating for Friday’s (May 3) Backlash go-home edition of WWE SmackDown on Fox has been revealed.
According to Programming Insider (via Wrestlenomics), SmackDown drew 2.148 million viewers. This is up from the April 26 edition that drew 2.143 million viewers.
This is slightly up from the total viewership for last Friday’s WWE Draft 2024 special.
In the 18-49 demographic, Friday’s show scored 0.60 rating. This is also up from the week prior that scored 0.58 rating.
WWE SmackDown finished #1 in the key 18-49 demographic for the night.
The show took place in Lyon, France and featured Cody Rhodes and AJ Styles’ final face off ahead of WWE Backlash France.
Also, Bayley, Naomi, Jade Cargill and Bianca Belair defeated Tiffany Stratton and Damage CTRL in an eight-woman tag team match.
