WWE Star Undergoes Big Character Change

WWE Star Undergoes Big Character Change WWE

A WWE star has undergone a big character adjustment and change in attitude, cemented during tonight’s September 9 episode of NXT.

At the start of June, former AEW Women’s World Champion Mariah May left the promotion and debuted in NXT as Blake Monroe.

The Monroe character was a contrast to Mariah May’s heel persona in AEW, as she seemed more like a bubbly Barbie doll than the evil, manipulative side of her we’d seen previously.

However, that seems to have come to an end very quickly as Monroe’s feud with Jordynne Grace in NXT continues.

Starting off as a tag team, things quickly became sour between Monroe and Grace, with Monroe recently launching a vicious attack and proclaiming herself to now be “the woman from hell.”

A new video promo that aired during tonight’s WWE NXT showed a much darker side of Monroe, much similar to what we saw from her as Mariah May in AEW.

In the video, she stated:

“You didn’t humble me. You didn’t break me. You awakened me.

“I’m gonna show you why Blake Monroe can make even the devil blush.

“See you in hell, JG.”
