LA Knight has addressed the viral clip of him from season two of WWE Unreal, made merchandise out of frustration to the clip.
When WWE Unreal season two launched earlier this year, one specific moment from the show ended up going viral on social media.
The clip was backstage at WWE Money In The Bank 2025, after LA Knight had missed his cue for the finish of the match.
Knight was shown backstage being scolded by Triple H and the rest of the producers in Gorilla after the match, with the camera catching his sad expression.
LA Knight Says His Version Of WWE Unreal Clip Is ‘A Little Different’
Speaking on WWE Now at Fanatics Fest, LA Knight was asked about the viral clip from WWE Unreal, noting that he’s not going to get into specifics, but his version of things is ‘a little different’.
He said:
“There’s a lot to address with that that I’m not going to now, but I’ll just say, my version of things is a little different…”

LA Knight Created Recent Merchandise Out Of ‘Rage’ Following WWE Unreal Clip
Later on, LA Knight’s recent ‘Unchosen’ merchandise was brought up, with Megan Morant noting that the fans have ‘chosen’ him.
Knight would then explain the origins of the shirt, with him saying that he originally had a different shirt coming out, but changed the design out of ‘rage’ following the clip going viral.
He said:
“I had a completely different shirt that was coming out, and that clip you were talking about, a week before the shirt was coming out. I was like ‘we’re gonna change this s**t right now’. Just make it Unchosen and then put ‘My Way’ on the back, because that’s how I do things, whether I’m chosen or not, why? Because the people chose me.
“Was it the best selling shirt of all time? Probably not, but it was just me, in rage, just going ‘we’re gonna do this my way’.
“So thank you for choosing me, that’s all I’m saying.”
