A WWE star has confirmed that they are set to depart the company on June 1 after spending seven years in the company.
WWE held it’s latest batch of NXT releases on Friday, May 3, with numerous NXT stars being released from their contracts, including Olympic Gold Medalist Gable Steveson.
At the Backlash media scrum, Triple H refuted that former Cruiserweight Champion Drew Gulak was released, and that his contract was not renewed and will expire on June 1, and it seems Gulak wasn’t the only one that applies to.
Taking to Instagram, WWE NXT star Boa confirmed that his time with WWE is set to come to an end on June 1, ending his seven year run with the company.
He wrote:
After an incredible 7-year journey, my time with WWE comes to a close on 6/1. Grateful for the opportunity to work with amazing people and coaches. As I move forward, I’m excited for new career opportunities and deeply appreciative of everyone who’s supported me through life’s ups and downs. Here’s to embracing the next chapter with resilience and optimism! 💪 #Gratitude #NewBeginnings
NXT’s SCRYPTS also recently announced that he will be departing the company on June 1.
Another NXT star released on Friday was Valentina Feroz, who has since broken her silence on her departure.
