A WWE star has made a big return on tonight’s WWE NXT (February 28) and immediately got a shot at a championship.
Wes Lee’s North American Championship open challenge started off tonight’s edition of the show and there was an all out brawl to determine who would face the champ!
However after several NXT stars were seen brawling in an attempt to get to the ring for Wes Lee’s North American Championship open challenge including Hank Walker, Drew Gulak, Charlie Dempsey and Axiom amongst others.
However it was actually the returning Nathan Frazer who made it to the ring for the big opportunity!
Seen on NXT for the first time since October 2022, Frazer returned with fire as the two put on a great match.
In the end of a hard fought battle, Wes Lee was able to retain his championship however with the fierce showing from Frazer, NXT is on notice that he is back in action!
After the match in a backstage segment, Hank Walker was asked about the brawl and was confronted by an angry Axiom who felt Walker cost him his chance at the North American Championship.
