A WWE star has been pulled from the Queen of the Ring tournament due to injury it was confirmed on tonight’s WWE Raw.
On tonight’s Raw it was revealed that Asuka would be replaced in the Queen of the Ring tournament.
After IYO SKY picked up a victory over Natalya to advance to the next round of the Queen of the Ring tournament, Dakota Kai made an announcement.
Confirming that Asuka was out of action due to injury, Dakota Kai would be taking her fellow Damage CTRL member’s spot in the tournament.
Dakota Kai will now face Lyra Valkyria in the first round of the Queen of the Ring tournament on tonight’s Raw.
Kai also put Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill on notice, vowing that Damage CTRL would get their revenge for their Backlash loss.
Elsewhere in first round action, Jey Uso (who replaced Drew McIntyre who was said to not be medically cleared) and Ilja Dragunov advanced in their first round matches against Finn Balor and Ricochet respectively in the King of the Ring tournament.
