WWE held their Elimination Chamber pay per view last night. The WWE Championship Chamber match featured six current or former world champions, a fact that some people weren’t a fan of.
One of those people is WWE star Murphy who had some choice words for the company on Twitter. Murphy proposed that WWE have a Chamber match full of the future. Here is the tweet:
So #WWEChamber is full of FORMER WWE Champions… how about a chamber full of the FUTURE!
@WWE_Murphy @AliWWE @WWEAleister @CedricAlexander @KalistoWWE @WWEApollo @WWEGable @KingRicochet @humberto_wwe @AngelGarzaWwe @DrewGulak— Buddy Matthews (@SNM_Buddy) February 22, 2021
Murphy listed himself, Ali, Aleister Black, Cedric Alexander, Kalisto, Apollo Crews, Chad Gable, Ricochet, Humberto Carrillo, Angel Garza, and Drew Gulak as stars who could make up such a Chamber match. To date, none of the wrestlers listed have competed in a singles Chamber match.
Drew McIntyre won the Elimination Chamber match to retain his WWE Championship. However, he was attacked by Bobby Lashley after the match, resulting in The Miz cashing in Money in the Bank to win the title.
