The world of professional wrestling is no stranger to interactions with the world of sport, and that was the case again yesterday.
WWE star MVP and Omos were in attendance at the Manchester United vs Arsenal pre-season friendly at MetLife Stadium last night, and they got the chance to meet with some of the players.
In a video shared by WWE UK, MVP and the Nigerian Giant got the chance to meet Manchester United’s Marcus Rashford, Bruno Fernandes and Erik Ten Hag.
MVP and Omos have not appeared on WWE television since the Nigerian Giant was defeated by Seth Rollins back at WWE Backlash in Puerto Rico on May 6.
Omos was drafted as a free agent in the 2023 WWE Draft.
Omos recently spoke about his match with Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 39 and how his matches with Bobby Lashley helped prepare him for the match.
Omos also said that WWE Hall of Famer The Undertaker has been his ‘special advisor’ during his career.
