Triple H Pushing WWE Raw Star, ‘Knows’ They Can Handle It WWE

Triple H’s faith in a WWE star has seen them brought up from NXT to the main roster, entering a feud featuring two big stars in the process.

The WWE Draft took place on April 28 and May 1, giving former NXT Women’s Tag Team Champion Zoey Stark her call up to WWE Raw.

Speaking on Bleav in Pro Wrestling, Stark spoke about the WWE Draft itself, revealing that it was an emotional night but she felt that it was her time to shine, saying:

“I feel like I am one of the top performers that can really be in WWE.

“I felt amazing and it was a very tearful and enjoyable night.”

Having been drafted to WWE Raw, Stark has become a fundamental part of the Trish Stratus and Becky Lynch story, siding with the WWE Hall of Famer.

Speaking on the subject of this opportunity, Stark had praise for Triple H, saying:

“Hunter (Triple H) put me in this position because he knows I can handle it and hang with those two girls and I think I am proving myself right now.”

She had previously discussed her appreciation of whoever had chosen to place her into the story with Stratus.

Stark has also explained the pressure of working on WWE Raw as opposed to NXT, noting that more eyeballs are on her now.

Stark recently faced Natalya in a Money in the Bank qualifier match, defeating the veteran to secure a spot in the women’s ladder match taking place at The O2 in London, England on July 1, 2023.

Alongside Stark, Zelina Vega, Becky Lynch, Bayley and Iyo Sky will vie to secure the women’s championship contract with one other to be named.

Highlights from Stark vs Natalya can be seen below this news story.
