
WWE appears to have lost a TV deal in Japan, with TV partner J Sports announcing that their WWE content will be ‘discontinued’.
J Sports took to Twitter with an ‘important notice’, confirming on the website that the distribution service will no longer broadcast, Raw, SmackDown, or the on demand ‘WWE Pack’ following January 31, 2022:
【Important Notices】 “WWE Raw” and “WWE SmackDown” will be discontinued, and J SPORTS On Demand’s “WWE Pack” will be discontinued. If you are a “WWE Pack” subscriber, you will need to cancel the contract. Please see the following page for details regarding this matter.
