A former WWE star was at the January 20 episode of SmackDown and shared a heartwarming photo of the moment.
Zack Gowen joined WWE in 2003, siding with Mr America (who may have been Hulk Hogan), feuding with Mr McMahon and even teaming with Stephanie McMahon to take on Big Show.
He would remain in the company until his release in late 2004.
A cancer survivor, his leg was amputated at the age of eight.
Gowen recently shared a photo with his two sons on his own Twitter account
Didn't expect my first time back in a WWE ring to be with my oldest boys but it was perfect.

A fan asked if he was there to wrestle or watch the show, with Gowen responding:
“I was there on official Bring Back The Smackdown Fist™️ business 🤜”
Following his feud with Mr McMahon, Vince McMahon would defeat Gowen at WWE Vengeance, with Gowen going on to face Brock Lesnar.
He would beat the Next Big Thing by DQ on the August 21 episode of WWE SmackDown.
The rest of his time in WWE would be spent feuding with Matt Hardy with Gowen’s final match being against Tajiri in October 2004.
An injury would see him taken off television, with WWE releasing him from his contract in February 2004.
Following his release, Gowen would go on to work for Ring of Honor and Juggalo Championship Wrestling.
His Twitter bio lists him as a “former pro wrestler” and a “youth engagement expert with CoolSpeak”.
