The Young Bucks have teased a huge AAA Tag Team Championship match with FTR ahead of AAA TripleMania XXX.
Matt & Nick Jackson were recently announced for the April 30 TripleMania XXX event. The AEW EVPs are currently scheduled to face Hijo del Vikingo and Rey Fénix on the show.
In a recent Twitter bio, the Young Bucks stated that they plan on walking into the event as the AAA Tag Team Champions. Acknowledging that the title currently belongs to FTR,
The bio read:
“Yes, we’re coming to Mexico on (April 30). Also yes, we plan on bringing the AAA Tag Team Titles with us. And lastly yes, we’re aware of who currently has them.”
The bio has caught the attention of Lucha Libre AAA, who retweeted a screenshot, commenting:

FTR and The Young Bucks notably did battle at Full Gear 2020, in what many considered the bout of the year. Dax Harwood has noted on numerous occasions that he believes a rematch is long overdue.
The two teams teased a clash during last week’s Dynamite: St Patrick’s Day Slam show, with Matt & Nick Jackson telling Dax Harwood & Cash Wheeler that they’ll always be second-best, behind them.
