Yesterday, it was announced Jay White would be appearing for ROH Supercard of Honor. Today, another member of Bullet Club was announced for the show.
El Phantasmo will be appearing on the show. An ELP appearance in the US is a rare occurrence.

This could be a sign the recent Marty Scurll contract announcement is paying off for ROH. The relationship between NJPW and ROH has cooled off since The Elite left for AEW.
However, it was announced earlier today, ROH would be sending Flip Gordon to appear on NWA Hard Times. Gordon will be facing Nick Aldis.
On the other hand, it could just be luck for ROH. The Bullet Club is holding a Bullet Club Beach Party on the same date over WrestleMania Weekend.

Whatever the case, Jay White and ELP appearing on the show can only help ticket sales. It should also help with purchases on Fite TV and Honor Club.
Maybe this will be a bridge to more appearances between the two companies.
Other names announced for the show are:
- Villain Enterprises (ROH World Champion PCO, Marty Scurll, Brody King & Flip Gordon)
- La Faccion Ingobernable (Rush, ROH Television Champion Dragon Lee, Kenny King & Amy Rose)
- Slex
- Session Moth Martina
WrestleTalk will have more on the card as it becomes available.
