Following the removal of Paul Heyman from the WWE Raw creative team, more changes and shifts in roles have reportedly been made.
According to Ringside News, which does have questionable track record but has been more accurate with its reports recently, is reporting that Ed Koskey is now the Senior Vice President of Creative Writing, previously having been just a Vice President.
Another change is that the company has reportedly brought back former head writer Ryan Callahan who was let go after butting heads with Dave Kapoor over a year ago.
As we all know by now, matter how accurate this is or however we want to frame it, the buck always has and probably always will stop with Vince McMahon.
McMahon has already made changes, including a finish at the Backlash pay-per-view, and is set to start shaking things up on Raw tonight now that he doesn’t have to listen to any of Heyman’s ideas.
One of the major things McMahon and Heyman had different perspectives on is Heyman was willing to build new stars from the ground up and give them time to do so, whereas McMahon’s focus is to use people who are already stars.
