CM Punk made his AEW debut last night. You know that already. He came out, cut a promo and challenged Darby Allin to a match at All Out.
Once Cult of Personality hit, CM Punk came out and everyone’s suspicions were justified, the entire wrestling world reacted to the moment on social media, including a bunch of Punk’s new co-workers.
CM Punk’s first words back in a professional wrestling ring were ‘You guys know how to make a kid feel like Britt Baker in Pittsburgh’. Said AEW Women’s World Champion shared a photo of herself and Punk on her Twitter account, playing into the comment.
Hey #Chicago, thanks for giving him the #Brittsburgh welcome. #AEWRampage @CMPunk pic.twitter.com/2QXsm1rshg
