Here’s a new angle of Tyson Fury’s KO punch to Austin Theory at WWE Clash At The Castle.
During the Undisputed WWE Universal Title bout between Roman Reigns and Drew McIntyre, Austin Theory ran down to cash in his Money in the Bank contract. Before the referee could make Theory’s title shot official, Tyson Fury socked the rising star in the jaw, knocking him out.
WWE has shared new footage of the moment on Instagram, this time from the perspective of someone behind the barricade. The video also gives a closer look at the reactions of the fans in the Principality Stadium.
While some were cheering, others watched on, stunned at what just happened.
Roman Reigns ultimately retained his gold following interference from NXT’s Solo Sikoa, the younger brother of The Usos. Following the bout, Fury shook Reigns hand, before singing with Drew McIntyre to send the crowd home happy.
During the post-show press conference, Fury noted that he’s open to working with WWE in the future, but revealed that he plans to announce a boxing fight in the coming week.
