WWE star Sheamus has found himself having quite the second run of his WWE career this year, delivering banger after banger after banger on his quest to capture the Intercontinental Championship for the first time.
Outside of the ring, Sheamus is a big Liverpool football fan, and he repped the Reds on NBC’s Premier League Morning today ahead of their huge Premier League clash against Manchester City.
Sheamus took to Twitter to share photos with Premier League legends Ian Wright and Alan Shearer, before he appeared on the show to discuss Liverpool and Jurgen Klopp.
Sheamus took issue with host Robbie Mustoe’s comments about the Klopp era of Liverpool potentially being over, teasing tossing him into the waiting Philadelphia crowd.
Despite Sheamus’ support, Liverpool are currently underperforming in this season’s Premier League, picking up just 10 points in 8 games and placing 12th in the table.
Sheamus recently took aim at Roman Reigns and the entire Bloodline following his altercation with Solo Sikoa on this week’s episode of SmackDown.
