WWE Star Votes Against WrestleMania Taking Place In London WWE

A WWE star has voiced his displeasure at the possibility of the company bringing a WrestleMania event to London, England.

Rumors have been swirling about a potential UK-based WrestleMania show following London Mayor Sadiq Khan naming WrestleMania as one of the sports events he’d hope to bring to London if he’s re-elected in the May 2, 2024 London mayoral election.

A WrestleMania event in London was teased during the UK’s Money in the Bank show in July 2023, when John Cena made a surprise appearance to tell the crowd to let everyone know that England wants a WrestleMania show.

Cena was then interrupted by Grayson Waller who scoffed at the idea, before Cena delivered an Attitude Adjustment to the Australian star.

Waller has now reacted to Sadiq Khan’s comments about a potential WrestleMania event in London, England.

Sharing a GIF of Jim Carrey gagging from Dumb and Dumber, Waller tweeted:

Mania in London 🤮

WWE recently hosted WrestleMania 40 at the Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, PA. In the main event of WrestleMania 40 Sunday, Cody Rhodes defeated Roman Reigns to win the WWE Undisputed Universal Title, ending Reigns’ 1316 day run with the gold.

Triple H has also taken to social media to respond to Sadiq Khan’s comments, which you can read more about right here.
