WWE star Randy Orton has brought attention to a prediction he made about Cody Rhodes over a decade ago.
Cody Rhodes is currently on the run of his WWE career, after ending Roman Reigns’ 1316 day reign with the Undisputed WWE Championship at WrestleMania 40.
With Rhodes currently a top star in WWE, it’s weird to think about Cody’s previous WWE run, during which he competed a lot further down the card.
Randy Orton has now shared a tweet that he posted in April 2011, predicting that Cody Rhodes would one day become a world champion.
On April 6, 2011, Randy Orton wrote:
Cody Rhodes has improved 10 times since the last time I’ve been in the ring with him. Yes I see him as a future World Champion
