WWE held its latest premium live event in Saudi Arabia earlier today, when the company held it’s Crown Jewel event in Riyadh.
The main event saw Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns defend his title against YouTube star turned WWE superstar Logan Paul.
At the press conference for the event last night, Logan revealed that his brother Jake Paul would be accompanying him to the event, and he did make his mark on the show.
Jake came to the ring to fight off Jimmy and Jey Uso, who had previously dispatched two members of Logan Paul’s entourage. Jake took down both Usos before Solo Sikoa came to the ring, and he and Jake were separated by security.
The interference from his brother was not enough to score the win for Logan, as he was ultimately defeated by a Spear from the champion, but he had an impressive showing in the bout.
Jake took to Twitter, putting over his brother’s performance in the match, and also teasing that he and Logan would return and target the Usos.
He said:
“so proud of my brother @LoganPaul
“what an iconic event @WWE
“I tried my best but we coming back for those PUCEY’s”
Logan Paul hit Roman Reigns with a Frog Splash through the announce table during the show, which he recorded on the camera on his phone. You can see the footage from Logan’s phone here.
Roman Reigns called out fellow YouTube stars KSI and Mr. Beast during the match, both of whom have now responded to Reigns’ callout.
