The status for Tony Khan at tonight’s AEW Collision has been confirmed after he was viciously attacked on this past week’s Dynamite.
In addition to that angle, Khan has also been busy with the NFL Draft this week.
According to a report from Fightful Select, Tony Khan arrived at tonight’s AEW Collision much later than usual.
While there was a period of time that Khan had yet to arrive to Daily’s Place, he did arrive later and “has been going back and forth”.
He is expected to still be at the helm of tonight’s three-hours of AEW Collision and a live edition of Rampage as usual, making an appearance in front of the live crowd in Jacksonville ahead of showtime.
NFL Films has a crew reportedly following Khan today, and the past few days, and has been with him documenting this hectic time.
Tony Khan was attacked by the Elite (Jack Perry, the Young Bucks and Kazuchika Okada) to close this past Wednesday AEW Dynamite.
The next night during the first round of the NFL Draft, Tony Khan appeared on-screen wearing a neck brace which was referenced on the Draft.
Tony Khan did appear in front of the Jacksonville live crowd ahead of Collision, still wearing a neck brace.
During Collision itself, Tony Schiavone announced that Khan hasn’t been cleared to travel after the attack and will be running AEW “remotely” from Jacksonville for a while.
