Another AEW star is reportedly dealing with an injury.
Luchasaurus is the latest name from the promotion to be injured.
Just this past week, it was reported that Abadon had sustained an injury during an independent event.
Adam Cole continues to be out of action due to a concussion, while ‘Hangman’ Adam Page is also in recovery after sustaining a concussion during his AEW World Championship match against Jon Moxley.
Now it has emerged, per Bryan Alvarez during the latest Wrestling Observer Live that Luchasaurus has injured his right arm.
Alvarez reports:
“This Luchasaurus is hurt.
“I don’t know if you noticed, but he did a left-armed chokeslam. He’s hurt.
“I don’t know how long he’s been hurt, but he’s been hurt for a while now. Hopefully, it’s not something serious.”
It appears that Luchasaurus is therefore working through an injury.
This news comes after a grudge match was added to the card for AEW Full Gear during the November 11 edition of AEW Rampage.
Former tag-team partner Jungle Boy challenged Luchasaurus to a steel cage match to settle old scores since Christian Cage came between them.
Luchasaurus obliged and chokeslammed Jungle Boy through a steel chair.
As you can see in the clip below, the chokeslam was delivered with Luchasaurus’ left arm.
