An interesting stipulation has been added to Jay White’s NJPW Battle In The Valley match.
At NJPW The New Beginning in Osaka, Hikuleo defeated “Switchblade” Jay White in a Loser Leaves Japan match. This has led many fans to believe White’s time in New Japan Pro Wrestling was coming to an end.
Despite the speculation, Switchblade is scheduled to face Eddie Kingston at NJPW Battle In The Valley this Saturday, February 18. Now, a very intriguing stipulation has added even bigger stakes to this showdown.
In an interview with Wrestling Observer Live, Eddie Kingston and Jay White exchanged words ahead of their bout with tensions riding high.
After exchanging barbs, Kingston challenged White to add the stipulation that the loser of their match can no longer wrestle in NJPW.
This has only strengthen recent rumors and reports that have led many to believe that White may be on his way to one of the major promotions, WWE or AEW.
