An injured star could be making their return to our screens on next week’s episode of WWE Raw in Cleveland, Ohio.
Cleveland is the hometown of WWE’s very own Johnny Gargano, who posted a message to social media that has got fans talking.
Taking to Twitter, Gargano posted:
“You know what they say.. there’s no place like home.. 👀”
It’s previously been reported that Gargano’s former tag team partner, Tommaso Ciampa is set to make a return to in-ring action.
Ciampa and Gargano were known as #DIY in NXT and held the NXT Tag Team Championship, with Ciampa also being a two-time NXT Champion.
Cleveland could be a perfect time for this to happen with Ciampa being out of action since last fall and taking time off after suffering a hip injury that required surgery.
He recently showcased his current physical shape on social media hinting that he’s more than ready to make his return, and has been reported to have been backstage recently.
Gargano could also be the man to answer Seth Rollins’ Open Challenge for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship as Rollins will also be in Cleveland (as can be seen from the Twitter post below).
Someone else who will also be on the June 19 episode of WWE Raw is Logan Paul, making his return to our screens since his loss to Seth Rollins at WrestleMania 39.
