The card for AEW All In at London Wembley Stadium has faced a lot of setbacks over the past few months, mainly due to injuries to top stars.
Bryan Danielson, Jamie Hayter and PAC, among other names, are set to miss the show, and Tony Khan said that there would be more adjustments to the show in the coming days due to ‘real life situations’, and we now know one of those planned changes.
Per Fightful Select (subscription required), as of Tuesday (August 22), Rey Fenix is no longer planned for his scheduled match at AEW All In, though they were told there are ‘plans in place’ to explain his absence.
The indication given to Fightful was that Fenix’s status was travel or visa related, as opposed to an injury, but that has not yet been confirmed.
Fightful also has not learned about what this would mean for the Stadium Stampede match, whether he will end up being replaced in the match, or if the bout will simply be adjusted.
Fenix was set to team with Eddie Kingston, Penta El Zero Miedo and the Best Friends against the Blackpool Combat Club and three mystery partners.
There has been some traction on an absent AEW name who could be a part of the All In show, which you can read here.
All In will take place this Sunday, August 27, from London Wembley Stadium.
