A WWE storyline continues to play out on social media as a star is asking for fans’ help in finding his ‘missing’ former tag team partner.
Tommaso Ciampa continues to post on social media about the ‘missing’ Johnny Gargano after the latter has been absent from WWE television recently.
While Gargano did have a pair of house show matches last month, the last time he faced in-ring competition on WWE television was back on May 15th where he was eliminated from the #1 Contendership Battle Royal for a shot at the Intercontinental Championship.
Ciampa however is not going to give up the fight to find Johnny, writing on Twitter:
HELP!!!
The calls have been coming in… but still no luck.
Call today. Leave a message. Let me know if you have any knowledge of the whereabouts of Johnny Gargano.

Now with a telephone tip line made available to fans to report any Johnny Wrestling sightings, perhaps there will be movement in the search!
There have been previous rumblings of Triple H having a potential creative plan to reunite some or all of the NXT faction The Way which featured Johnny Gargano, Candice LeRae, Dexter Lumis and Indi Hartwell.
While LeRae and Hartwell have been seen on WWE Raw in recent weeks, Gargano and Lumis for that matter remain nowhere in sight.
However, it seems a DIY reunion is inevitable too, so it’s unclear how that would play out for Gargano if both The Way and DIY are planned to get back together.
