An English translation has been released for Shinsuke Nakamura’s latest Japanese promo on WWE Raw in response to Seth Rollins challenge for a World Heavyweight Championship rematch.
Despite Rollins getting the victory at WWE Payback, it was the champion who laid out another challenge to Nakamura on Raw.
Surprisingly this was turned down by Nakamura, but we now have a better idea of his reasons for this decision courtesy of the English translation for his reply, provided by HD Subs on Twitter.
Nakamura said to Rollins:
“The future that you want will be killed by me! Shut up and wait.”
With Nakamura clearly intent on doing things on his own terms, he would elaborate further in an interview following Raw, in which he revealed that he wishes to further soften up Rollins’ injured back before agreeing to a championship rematch.
Although the planned rematch isn’t yet in the books between Rollins and Nakamura, another repeat of a match that took place on Payback has been set for next week’s Raw on September 11 – for more details, click here.
