Tonight on WWE Raw (September 25) there was a Last Man Standing match made for the upcoming premium live event, WWE Fastlane.
After an in-ring segment from Seth Rollins including a vignette response from Shinsuke Nakamura, there was finally confirmation about a rematch between the pair.
With Seth Rollins telling Nakamura that if he didn’t accept a challenge now, he was moving on to another challenger, Shinsuke responded via video package.
In the video, he accepted Rollins’ challenge for Fastlane, vowing to make him unable to walk and confirmed that the match would have a big stipulation.
Seth Rollins will defend his WWE World Heavyweight Championship against Shinsuke Nakamura in a ‘Last Man Standing’ match at WWE Fastlane.
After the segment, Ricochet had an interview backstage where he appeared on crutches.
While he couldn’t comment regarding how long he expected to be out of action, he did note that it didn’t matter whether or not Nakamura won at Fastlane.
Ricochet has unfinished business with Shinsuke Nakamura whether or not he is holding gold.
Elsewhere on tonight’s WWE Raw, Cody Rhodes opened up the show with a promo in which he referenced Roman Reigns and Paul Heyman.
