In a backstage segment on tonight’s AEW Collision, a new AEW tag team was teased as a popular star continues to show off a new side.
TBS Champion Kris Statlander wanted to figure out what was going on between Willow Nightingale and Skye Blue, particularly after their simmering tension during the four-way from Rampage.
Nightingale also wondered what was up with Skye Blue, directly asking her what was going on since she got misted by Julia Hart.
However Skye Blue replied that whatever was going on between her and Julia Hart was between the two of them and walked off, teasing an alliance.
Willow for her part was also misted by Hart and during Hart’s absence had also seemed to be flirting with a darker side for a bit but has not gone as far as Skye Blue, and her blackened eye makeup has actually been reduced rather than growing like Skye’s has.
Elsewhere on tonight’s AEW Collision, Bryan Danielson was announced to have an injury that will require undergoing surgery.
