AEW botched a match announcement for Dax Harwood for Collision as the upcoming show will go head-to-head against WWE SmackDown.
There was an AEW error on tonight’s episode of Dynamite as an upcoming Collision match was announced.
When a rundown of the go-home edition of AEW Collision began on television, some fans caught one big spelling faux pas.
On the graphic advertising the special Friday edition of Collision (that will air opposite WWE SmackDown), a match featuring Dax ‘Hardwood’ taking on Rush was shown.
Notably, Dax Harwood’s surname only has one D in it and not two as was featured in the graphic.
Elsewhere set for the episode of Collision, Saraya and Ruby Soho team up to take on the duo of AEW Women’s Champions, Kris Statlander and Hikaru Shida.
Also, Miro will face Daniel Garcia after Miro’s ‘hot and flexible wife’ CJ Perry had a dance-off with the young star last week.
And Timeless Toni Storm is set to take on Emi Sakura after requesting a ‘tune up match’ in the latest edition of her backstage black and white antics.
Tonight’s AEW Dynamite also featured the Sega sponsored Street Fight with the Don Callis Family faction taking on Kota Ibushi, Kenny Omega, Chris Jericho and Paul Wight.
The latter of which ended up performing two memorable spots in the match and was not seen again.
First, throwing Kyle Fletcher through a table, next Wight was slammed into the hood and windshield of a car by Powerhouse Hobbs before rolling off and remaining in that position for the whole rest of the match.
It was still his team who picked up the win though, with Omega scoring the pinfall.
