There has been a major update on the future of the ‘Being The Elite’ YouTube show following the Young Bucks’ AEW hiatus.
At AEW Full Gear, the Young Bucks were defeated in tag team action by the Golden Jets duo of Kenny Omega and Chris Jericho, with Jericho and Omega taking the Bucks’ guaranteed Tag Team Championship shot from them.
Following the match, the Bucks had a tantrum at ringside, which led to their official heel turn, with Brandon Cutler saying that they are set to go on hiatus from AEW.
Along with a hiatus from AEW, Cutler said that the Bucks were done with filming their Being The Elite show, and there has been an update on the status of Being The Elite following the pair’s heel turn.
Per Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer, the show is actually not on hiatus, and is actually finished, with no plans of bringing it back.
He said:
“We’ll write more about it this coming week, but BTE is not on hiatus, it’s actually done. As of this point in time, there are no plans to bring it back.”
There has been an update on potential plans for the Young Bucks following their turn, which you can see here.
